Architectural Process

Initially, the architect Yos collaborated closely with the clients to develop preliminary design concepts. Together, they refined the master plan, floor plans, and overall style. Once these ideas were finalized, Yos proceeded with creating elevations and perspectives. After receiving approval, Yos then completed the detailed architectural drawings, which included structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans. Furthermore, all construction drawings were signed off by both a licensed Thai architect and engineer to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Soil Test for Structural Integrity

To guarantee the house’s structural integrity, we conducted a comprehensive soil test. This was necessary to determine the correct depth for the piles, which ensures that the foundation is both strong and secure.

Building Process

Following this, our good quality  construction contractors, Khun Tui and Khun Arthorn, finalized the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), which provides the client with a complete breakdown of construction costs. Once the price was agreed upon, construction is now set to begin soon.
