From the initial meetings, right the way through to approval by the local authority, it has proved to be a very good decision. “From the start, they were keen to design the house that we wanted, not just interested in selling their own prescribed drawings (as some architects were). They listened to our preferences, went through lots of photos that we sent (at their suggestion, to give them a better idea of the kind of house styles we liked), and built the house design around a rudimentary floor plan we gave them.
At each stage of development they were in constant touch, giving us the opportunity to make additions and adjustments to ensure we were happy with the design. The result was a very impressive computer graphic, showing exactly what the finished product would look like. They gave us sound advice regarding best types of air conditioning and water heating systems, and produced a Bill of Quantities, so that we knew exactly how the costs would work out before engaging with a builder. We’re now living in the house that we wanted, and thanks to Thailand Architects constant communication, I feel that it’s the house we designed; although they did all the hard work !”

“A few years ago, we purchased a nice golf course property in Chiang Mai where we planned to build our dream home. We needed a bit of guidance as we have built homes before but not one in Thailand.
