It is vital for any developer or person, once they have final architectural drawings, to then be able to receive fair quotations, from reputable Thai construction contractors. If specifically requested at the start, Thailand architects will happily assist with this and offer various possibilities for construction. However this must be discussed at the start of the project and the scope of works and what is included agreed upon. Unless specifically requested and quoted for, it is generally accepted that the client wishes to deal with the construction stage and BOQ’s (Bills of Quantity) themselves and find their own construction contractor. Our Quantity Surveyors can produce Bills of Quantity and give you all you require to know the current costs. We are also able to assist with soil testing and feasibility studies too.  The construction stage, BOQ’s and additional assistance would be quoted for separately from the architectural design stage.
